Ein originales Paar historischer Schneereifen aus Bugholz, Seilgeflecht und Metall. Die ovale Form und die klare Konstruktion erzählen von ihrem funktionalen Ursprung im alpinen Gelände. Patina, Rostspuren und gealterte Bindungen sind deutlich sichtbar und geben dem Paar seine stille Präsenz. Als vollständiges Set sind solche Stücke heute selten. Besonders überzeugend wirkt es als wandhängendes Objekt in einem reduzierten Interieur, im Chalet oder in einer Sammlung mit alpinem oder militärhistorischem Bezug.
