Product details
Two cantilever chairs from Italy, made in the 1970s. Their form follows the Bauhaus idea of floating seating and references Marcel Breuer without being obtrusive. Chromed tubular steel frames form a continuous, resilient line. Dark stained wood frames the seat and back, with finely woven cane surfaces inserted. The material contrast is clear and calm: gloss, depth, nature. In everyday life, they appear light, structured, and precise. Very good vintage condition with minor, expected signs of wear. The cane is stable.
