Designed in 1929 for the German Pavilion at the Barcelona International Exposition, the Barcelona Chair embodies Mies van der Rohe's serene vision of modernity. Clear geometry, precise proportions, a seating piece as an architectural object. This particular example from Knoll International is presented in black leather with latex cushions, preserved in good to very good condition, with minor signs of wear.
