A spherical lamp by Glashütte Limburg, crafted from encapsulated glass and chrome. The gently domed chrome shade leads into a slender stem that supports the suspended sphere. Air bubbles trapped within the glass add depth and showcase the craftsmanship of this traditional glassworks. When illuminated, it creates a calm, vibrant play of light; when switched off, it is a simple, understated object. It evokes the space-age aesthetic of the 1970s, rendered with understated elegance. Technically refurbished and fitted with an E27 socket. The chrome and glass create a reflective interplay. Ideal above a dining table, in a hallway, or in a studio.
