The Oxford Classic is Arne Jacobsen's answer to focused work. Designed for the professors of St. Catherine's College in Oxford, it remains calm and precise to this day. The high backrest provides support without being bulky. Black leather meets a polished aluminum frame, clear in line, comfortable in use. This swivel version does not have height adjustment and thus remains close to the architectural idea: a reduced, reliable form for the home office and desk.
