Product details
A handcrafted French armchair from the 1980s. A black wrought iron frame features soft volutes in the armrests and backrest. This is supported by substantial cognac-colored leather cushions. The surface displays an authentic patina with occasional splash marks – characteristic of the material and its use. The overall impression is Mediterranean, neoclassical, and sculptural. Visually light, yet structurally very stable. It is equally striking as a standalone piece or as a pair by a fireplace. Sold individually. Two available. The proportions are compact: 44 x 62.5 x 90 cm, seat height 43 cm.
