Große chinesische Balustervase aus porzellanartigem Steinzeug, entstanden im frühen 20. Jahrhundert. Die feine Craquelé-Glasur und die polychrome Bemalung im Famille-Verte-Stil verleihen ihr Tiefe und Ruhe. Vögel, Pfingstrosen, Blütenzweige und stilisierte Felsen fügen sich zu einem detailreichen Dekor mit klassischer Anmutung. Die apokryphe Chenghua-Marke verweist auf historische Vorbilder, ohne den späteren Ursprung zu verbergen. Ein Stück mit klarer Präsenz, das als Solitär wirkt und zugleich die chinesische Keramikproduktion dieser Zeit präzise repräsentiert.
