This Art Nouveau hanging planter made of barbotine ceramic brings the ornamentation of the era into a calm, everyday form. Floral, vegetative, and geometric reliefs run over the bulbous vase, supported by a dark patinated metal chain. The colors remain earthy and restrained: beige, ocher, brown, accented with dark blue. Marked with a "J" inside, the manufacturer is unknown. It naturally works as a hanging planter. With electrification, it can also be interpreted as a light fixture.
