Six early Model 66 dining chairs by Alvar Aalto for Artek. Designed in 1935, produced between 1940 and 1950. Solid birch and molded birch plywood showcase Aalto's bentwood technique: robust yet soft in line. Round seat, gently curved legs, open back. Light in appearance, stable in use. The warm birch tone complements both modern and period spaces. Signs of wear, fine scratches, and patina are present; the chairs are structurally sound. Timeless for the dining room, studio, or public spaces. Sold only as a set of six.
