Product details
This vintage bowl made of pressed, clear glass plays with light and geometry. Its relief of diamond points and cut facets is reminiscent of Art Deco and French tableware culture of the interwar period. Perched on a dark patinated pewter base, the glass appears almost weightless yet precise. As a fruit bowl, centerpiece, or small salad bowl, it brings structure to the table. No maker's mark, but clearly in the style of the great French glass manufacturers of the 1920s to 1950s.
