STATUTORY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
4.1 The customer has the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons, provided that he concluded the contract as a consumer and the transaction can therefore largely be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity. Excluded are discount promotions marked with “FINAL SALE” as well as items that were produced as “custom products” specifically for the customer.
4.2 The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier takes possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for several goods that the customer has ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, has the last has taken possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces, the cancellation period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment or last piece.
4.3 In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Another June of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement by email to office@anotherjune.com . The customer can also use the sample return form, although this is not mandatory.
4.4 In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the customer to send notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
4.5 If the customer revokes the contract, Another June must repay all payments received from the customer immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the customer's notification of the revocation of this contract was received by Another June. For this repayment, Another June uses the same payment method that the customer used in the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with the customer; In no case will the customer be charged any fees for this repayment.
4.6 Another June may refuse repayment until the goods are back in Another June's inventory or until the customer has provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. The customer must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which the customer informs Another June of the cancellation of this contract to Another June, Chamissoplatz 6, 10965 Berlin. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
4.7 The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
4.8 The customer only has to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods. All labels, signs and/or tags must be present with the original attachment to the goods. The goods will only be accepted as returns if they are unworn and in their original condition.
